Nyseptar: This world is part terra world and part water world. The world is mostly made up of water, with a large earth portion that makes up roughly one third of it. The very center of the planet is water, and the most of the earth portion floats on the surface of the water. Because of this, from space it looks like the planet is a normal terra world.

The earth portion goes very deep in some areas - almost to the center of the planet, but not quite all the way. Most of these deep earth areas are in the central area of the landmass, however. Near the edges of the landmass the earth does not go down very far. Once one reaches a depth of -5000 feet below the surface of the ocean's surface the earth stops completely and it is water only from that point to the center of the planet. To find the portions of earth that go deeper than five thousand feet, one would have to swim down five thousand feet and then swim in and underneath the landmass for hundreds of miles, and then one would find earth that goes down farther than five thousand feet.

Nyseptar has an extensive underdark, but it is almost entirely flooded and full of beings like kuo-toa and aboleth. There is a very sizable aboleth population inside Nyseptar, and a large elven and faerie folk population on the surface of the planet. There are also more alien races like silthilar, and other races that are native only to this world.

There is only one large continent on Nyseptar, with a few small scattered islands off it's coast that are connected to it underwater. The land is covered in forests, from alpine to jungle, with few grasslands and no deserts. The only open places where trees do not grow is high up in the mountains, where there is tundra.

By far the most populous sentient races on the land are the elves and fairie folk. There is also a medium-sized population of forest gnomes. No humans live on this world, save for some small populations in the planet's space ports that have come from other worlds. All of the planet's cities are elven, unless one counts the flooded subterranean cities of the aboleth and koutoa. There are only three cities on the world that are used as space ports, though spellships and space travel is rare, even in these three cities. Two are along the northwest coast of the continent, and one is on the coast of a large inland sea in the center of the continent.

Most of the elves here are wild elves, green elves or sylvan elves. They form into nations or tribal lands. There are no grey or high elf nations here, and these types of elves are very rare on Nyseptar. There are occasional grey and high elven travelers, and there are less than a dozen solitary grey and high elves living in very remote parts of the planet, far removed from the native elves. These solitary elves are all powerful magic users who usually live in a lonely tower.

The elven nations here are highly magical in nature, and are all fey lands with many entrances to the seelie realms. Any villages or settlements blend into the forest and are invisible to non-fey. There are actually large elven cities in the green elf and sylvan elf lands that cover hundreds of square miles, yet they are completely hidden amongst the forests. The wild elves do not make dwellings at all, but they are fiercely protective of their tribal lands.

Between the elven nations and tribal land are vast swaths of non-fey wilderness, with pockets of non-elven fey land scattered about. Other fey creatures, like gnomes for example, have their own small nations and settlements in these lands.

Many fey consider this world their ultimate paradise in the Dragon Galaxy, instead of Evendar. All types of elves go to Evendar, from wild elves to high elves. Some Evendarans interact with other worlds and some do not. But only fey who do not want to interact with non-fey worlds, like the elves of Evendar do, come to Nyseptar. This world is much more isolationist. They will not turn non-fey outsiders away, but they will not let them stay and they do not meddle in the affairs of outsiders.

The three spaceports of this world are near the outer edge of three seperate sylvan elf nations. These cities are a mixture of many spacefaring races, common elves, halflings and other fey races. They are completely surrounded by fey land, though the spaceports themselves are not fey land. Non-fey cannot leave the cities and find their way without a guide. As mentioned, all types of races live in these three cities. If any non-fey race does want to live on this world a spaceport is the only place they can realistically stay. The elves and other natives of this planet will not kill them or actively harm them if they leave the spaceports, but the nature of the fey lands will.
